WE much prefer payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa,
or American Express), but we also happily accept personal cheques (USA or
Canada only), PAYPAL or INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS if you are ordering from outside
Canada. US customers please note: an ordinary US postal money order is
negotiable only in the USA. Please ask for an international money order.
PRICES are in US dollars and shipping is extra at actual
cost (or less) to us of postage. We have no handling charge. For credit
card orders, the US dollar total will be converted to Canadian dollars
at the prevailing daily rate. For orders from within Canada, GST is extra.
ALL books are returnable for a full refund including your
cost of return shipping (returns via post office only) if you feel they
are not as described. We may accept returns for other reasons at our
discretion, and we do ask that you inform us in advance of a return for
whatever reason. We are long-experienced and careful cataloguers and the
very large majority of our customers tell us they find our descriptions
reliable and accurate, and we have had very few returns. We are very good
packers and our parcels almost never suffer damage to the book.
WE WOULD HUGELY PREFER THAT YOU E-MAIL RATHER THAN TELEPHONE US
WITH YOUR INITIAL INQUIRIES as we have a very large stock and sometimes it
takes us a few minutes to to locate a book.
