Bit of wear and small chips to corners of spine tips of both volumes; both books just a little leaned; volume I has cracked inner hinges repaired; volume II has just the rear inner hinge repaired; light endpaper tanning from binding; mainly a VG pair otherwise, and still respectable in appearance, no previous owner names, sound in the binding. BAL 10655, setting B of signatures (A)-Q, and the variant with wove endpapers and no flyleaf at rear. Made from UK sheets and issued simultaneously per BAL.
