Spine sunned to tan, as almost always with this colour; light sunning to inner margins of sides; bit of rubbing to gilt figure at centre of front cover; Xmas, 1864, ink inscription to front free endpaper; foxing (heavy in places) and small soil spots in text throughout; small hole to lower outer corner of one leaf (well away from any text); this otherwise a VG unworn copy of this didactic (how Parliament works) juvenile novel by a prolific writer for young people.
