Slight flaking to the thin gilt rules on spine; long ink inscription to a blank leaf before the title leaf; else fine. Housed in a marbled card slipcase (slight wear). A very pleasant copy of this mountaineering classic (Alps). Javelle was the first to scale the Tour-Noir.
