Black boards lettered in gilt. pp 121, [1, blank], [3, ads],  The spine is worn to the tips, partial splits to the joints repaired, spine gilt a bit dulled, slight foxing to top page edges, bit of wear to outer corners of covers; externally good, internally near fine copy of this fragile book. "Printed December 1, 1911" to verso of title leaf. Evans, born in Philadelphia, was an obscure poet who died young. This was his first book (of five). His Claire Marie Press published Gertrude Stein's third book TENDER BUTTONS (1914).
