Issued under contract with Twain, made from US plates, and in a binding similar to that of the US edition, with the cover title shortened to A YANKEE IN KING ARTHUR'S COURT. It was registered for copyright 11 Dec., 1889. The US edition was deposited 5 Dec., 1889. This is the correct first Canadian edition.
