Central front panel (only) of the dust jacket laid in. The poems on pp xxv-xxviii have ornate decorative Arts & Crafts style borders, the lettering in a decorative type face, designed by the author. Glasier (1859-1919) was born in Glasgow and was a friend of William Morris, an ardent advocate for socialism, author of several books including one on Morris.
