London: A. & C. Black, 1924. Second edition. Blue cloth decorated in blind, spine gilt lettered, blue top edge. (xii), 203 pp + 32 colour plates. Tanning to fore edges and to inner margin of last (blank) page; crease to inner margin of map at front; blue of topstain mostly rubbed or faded away; tiny nicks to head of spine; else a fine, bright copy, no owner names. White dust jacket has small chips tips of faintly darkened spine (no lettering lost); rear panel has a one inch tear to l ower flap fold and very small chips, short tears, to top edge; front panel has a one inch corner tear and nicks, very small chip, to top edge; else VG, and still quite attractive. A nice copy of this handsome book, a volume in Black's Popular Series of Colour Books. Previously published in 1905 as BEAUTIFUL WALES, with 74 colour plates. Inman 579. Edition of 3K copies. Text by the noted British writer and poet, K.I.A. at Arras in 1917.
