Usual light toning to the text paper; damp spot to corner of verso of front free endpaper; nicks and small shallow chip to fore edge of title leaf; small brown spots to fore margin of pp 134-35, well away from any text; quite minor rubbing to spine tips and outer corners; else a fine, tight & bright copy, no owner names. The appendix is "The Narrative of the Captivity Among the Shawanese Indians, in 1788, of Thos.
