Vignette illustrations in text. Covers splayed, as usual with vellum; tissue guards tanned, with some light offsetting to facing pages; else fine, no flaking to the cover stamping, no owner names, no creases to the plates or tissues, but lacking the slipcase. Contributions by Belloc, Brooke, Chesterton, De La Mare, Graves ("Star-Talk"), Hardy, Masefield ("Sea Fever" and two others), Edward Thomas, Yeats ("The Fiddler of Dooney" and "The Lake Isle at Innisfree") and many others of note.
