THE UNFORGIVEN: with an introduction by Henry Irving Brock
New York: Duffield, 1928. Second printing (done before publication). Black cloth and orange boards. Light yellowing to page edges, light tanning to lower outer corner of front free endpaper, else a fine copy. Dust jacket has light rubbing to spine ends, a few nicks, rear panel yellowed, VG+ otherwise, flap price intact. General Krassnoff was a Cossack White Russian general who allied himself with the Nazis and who was executed after the war. This novel, his second, portrays the life of the middle classes under the Bolsheviks. A nice copy of an uncommon book.
