Rear cover has a short creased tear at bottom of rear cover, VG otherwise. Reprints an article from the Canadian Home Journal, about Mrs. Otto H. Partridge and the famous garden she kept in the Yukon, Ben-My-Chree, and about the trip getting there, in 1930. The article was printed in the magazine in 1938.
