An autobiographical roman-à-clef about the Irish Literary Renaissance after WWI. Pound, Yeats, and Maud Gonne figure in. Stuart was married to Maud Gonne's adopted dauther Iseult. He had been an IRA gun runner and prisoner of the British before leaving for Nazi Germany where he broadcast propaganda (the Nazis, were, after all, anti-British). UK edition was in 1975.
