Jacket has a few edge nicks; white rear panel dust soiled and with 2 inch tear at top internally repaired; very minor rubbing to foot of spine; VG + bright example otherwise. When the English freed the slaves in South Africa in the middle of harvest, the Boer farmers lost their crops, so they mostly pulled up stakes and headed north to found the Orange Free State.
