A lost race novel set in South Africa - Amazon women. A very scarce novel by this Scottish author and artist who lived for seven years in Australia, visiting twice again later, and setting a number of his thrillers there. Miller in AUSTRALIAN LITERATURE lists about 40 novels. TROVE locates only one copy of this edition in Australian libraries (UWA), and one copy of the colonial library issue at the State Library of Victoria.
