New York: Macmillan, 1954. Dark green cloth stamped in red. Small soft crease at foot of spine, else fine, corners sharp, no owner names. Dust jacket has rubbed chips to spine ends, with one inch tear to bottom rear spine fold; red portion of spine sunned to pink; small tears and small chip to top edge of front panel; front flap corners clipped by publisher as they did for a time, with $2.75 price printed vertically, making this the usual second issue jacket. The first issue, with unclipped corners but same price, is quite rare. In all, good to VG-. but still respectable in appearance. Modest print run, poor sales, scarce today.
