Contemporary calf sides expertly rebacked in closely matching calf, spine with raised bands and red morocco label. Page edges browned; rounding to upper outer corner; front pastedown, both sides of free endpaper, and recto of frontispiece covered with pencil notes; old ink name on recto of frontispiece; else fine, text quite clean.
