Index. The folding map marks in red all the watering holes in Manhattan; the colour plates show internal organs diseased by drink. Spine lightly darkened with light rubbing at ends; some marks and darkening to covers; tape stains to endpapers; front inner hinge cracked but still firm; text paper quite tanned as always; in all still a VG copy.
