Text printed in green. pp (32), including 4 pages of ads at front and 10 pp ads at rear, some pictorial, 10 ads pertaining to cycling. Vignette illustrations in text. Vertical ripple to the whole; mouse nibble to lower edge from p 13 through rear cover (maximum 3 x 0.9 cm, well away from any printing); mild foxing to cover, mostly to rear cover; VG or better overall, no creases nor owner marks. With the original unused mailing envelope which shows a Buffalo return address (881 Main Street), with a bison against a high wheel bicycle. The printed side of the envelope is browned and spotted, with the printed portion faded. The meet was held at Buffalo on 3 and 4 September, 1886. The text contains a introduction including comment on the roads and of Buffalo as a "wheelman's Elysium", information on the committees, hotels, transportation, the LAW's business meeting (3 pages), the parade, the 10 races at the Buffalo Driving Park, the annual tour of the LAW, and more. A RARE piece from the age of the high wheel ("penny farthing") era of the bicycle. Note: light parcel, any default shipping may be reduced.
