Dust jacket (yellow, blue & grey on white background ) has small chips, tears to spine tips & corners; spine a little rubbed and quite darkened with lettering hard to read; lesser age darkening to panels; still a good example, with no lettering or illustration lost. The scarce Canadian issue of the a thor's second book, especially scarce in jacket. Made from UK sheets with cancel title leaf. The jacket bears the Chatto & Windus imprint and price (7s6d).
