For the record, book states "First printing", jacket flap price is $6.00, and publisher's address is 64 University Place. There was in fact only one issue of the jacket on the first printing, folkore to the contrary. First published in Paris by the Olympia Press in a mass market paperback format (5 k copies). This US edition (3.5 k copies) was the first in hardcover and added "Deposition: Testimony Concerning A Sickness" and " Letter from a Master Addict to Dangerous Drugs." An attractive copy. ; Octavo
