Publised the same year as the UK edition. Ethel Mannin (1900-84) was an prolific Ango-Irish left wing anarchist pacifist author. She was quite close to W.B.Yeats at one time. One chapter is about her life in Bloomsbury, another is titled "Alan Odle and Dorothy Richardson". Alan Odle, her brother, was an artist.
