Ian Rankin" followed by a tic-tac-toe diagram. Covers are lightly mottled (printing error?); rear cover has top outer corner torn away (no printing lost) and a small light soil spot at bottom margin; soft corner crease to last 7 leaves; VG otherwise. This is the Canadian issue of the proof - rear cover has three quotes from Canadian newspapers about RESURRECTION MAN and copy by McArthur and Company, Toronto (the Canadian distributor).
