II: [2], 116 + two engraved half-titles, map, and all 115 plates with tissue guards but without the portrait of Bartlett which did not come will all copies. Half-titles quite foxed; only scattered foxing to plates, almost entirely to the margins with foxing into the image on only two plates (St. John's - Richlieu River and the Cathedral, Montreal).
