The copy is heavy with ink notes and underlining by Constance Rooke, who wrote a book on Price for Twayne's United States Authors Series. The Canadian edition was made from the US first issue sheets (with a cancel title leaf), as it has "of" instead of "af" on line 19 of page 174. There were 20 k copies of the US edition, and probably a 10th (or fewer) of that number for Canada. An uncommon edition very scarce in any sort of jacket.
