Story p. 371. The author emigrated from Scotland to Summerside, P.E.I. in 1875, where he became editor of the Summerside "Progress". He was federal inspector of fisheries 1879-1889. He wrote this and one other non-fiction book, as well as drama and better than average poetry. Nice copy of a scarce book.
