Long closed tear to pp 173-74 neatly repaired on verso with transparent rice paper, the tear scarcely visible on the recto. Clipped ink signature affixed to front fly of Mrs. Sutton Frizelle, with an ink note beneath stating that the book was bought from her sale of goods in Dundas Street in Woodstock, Ontario, 15 Oct., 1927, and signed by the purchaser N. Louise Hill.
