We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, international money order, and in some cases by personal or business cheque (Canada and USA only, in either USD or CAD funds). Persons with accounts in Canadian banks may also pay with Interac e-transfer. Canadian banks charge a stiff fee for accepting any other kind of bank transfer, and while we can accept them, we will have to ask you for that additional fee.

PRICES are in US dollars and shipping is extra at actual cost (or less) to us of postage. We have no handling, packing, nor insurance charges . For credit card orders, the US dollar total will be converted to Canadian dollars at the prevailing daily rate. For Canadian customers, GST will be charged on the total of the book price and shipping cost.

ALL books are returnable for a full refund including your cost of return shipping (returns via post office only) if you feel they are not as described. We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion, but we do ask that you inform us in advance of any return for whatever reason. We are long-experienced and careful cataloguers and the very large majority of our customers tell us they find our descriptions reliable and accurate -we have had very few returns. We are very good packers and our parcels almost never suffer damage to the book.

WE WOULD HUGELY PREFER THAT YOU E-MAIL RATHER THAN TELEPHONE US WITH YOUR INITIAL INQUIRIES as we can’t always have the book in hand right away.
